Meet Our Executives

Marin Management is comprised of a team of hands-on dedicated professionals, many of whom have worked together for more than two decades.

Martin J. Hollander, President

Martin Hollander’s career in Real Estate spans over four decades.  After graduating with a degree in economics from Bradley University in 1967, Martin started his career in Real Estate at Walter Scott & Co, serving as an Assistant Manager.  Martin then spent seven years with Robert Martin Corp., one of the largest real estate organizations on the East coast where he managed and leased both residential and commercial properties.

Initially starting Marin Management in 1979 to manage a few family owned properties, Martin Hollander has grown the company into a large real estate management firm that provides hands-on, professional management to a diverse portfolio of over 100 properties throughout the metropolitan area.

Martin Hollander holds the designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a licensed real estate broker. He has previously served on the board for CHIP, one of the city's leading real estate associations concerned with improving and protecting the position of property owners in New York City.

Gary Glabman, Director of Management

Gary Glabman is Director of Residential Management at Marin Management.  Gary joined the firm over twenty years ago, beginning as an Assistant Manager.  Today Mr. Glabman handles Co-Op and Condo management and oversees Marin’sthe residential property management division.

A Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Mr. Glabman previously worked with Parman Corporation, managing select facilities in the Parker Meridien Hotel.  He attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.A. in Communications.

Rose Berkowitz Nigro, Controller

A Certified Public Accountant for over thirty-five years, Rose Berkowitz Nigro brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in accounting and financial management to Marin Management. Rose joined Marin Management in 1991 as the firm's Controller after a decade of successful real estate investments and syndications with Martin Hollander.

Prior to joining Marin Management, Rose worked nine years as a public accountant, and for four years as Controller in a Pension actuarial firm. A member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), Rose graduated Boston University in 1977 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Justin Hollander, Vice-President

Justin Hollander brings ten years of property management experience to Marin Management.  After graduating college and beginning as an Assistant Property Manager, Justin now oversees boiler and elevator compliance, HPD/ECB/DOB violation removal, and insurance risk management.  Justin also continues to manage a number of residential buildings.

Justin graduated from Curry College in 2004 with a B.A. in Psychology.

Evan Hollander, Vice-President

After graduating college, Evan Hollander began his career at Marin Management initially overseeing construction and renovation projects for properties under the firm’s management.  After spending three years in this role, Evan moved to property management where he continues to manage multifamily rental properties as well as Co-Operative buildings.  As Vice President he helps  oversee the day-to-day management of the office, as well as manage major capital projects and construction.

Evan previously served in the US Army for six years and holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan.
